England

AMASS Coordinator: University of Lapland
Country Coordinator: University of Leeds
Research team: Tang Tang, Paul Wilson, and Kiwoong Nam
Start and end dates: from October 2020 to September 2021
The AMASS testbeds manifest multifaceted social challenges and the complex structure of stakeholders. The elusive relationship and challenges are entangled and “wicked problems”, thus, require novel interpretation for practical implications and relevant policy recommendations. University of Leeds team does not directly involve in recruiting marginalised communities. Instead, the Leeds team investigates the theoretical aspects of tackling social issues in the art-based project.

In this context, testbed activities in England focus on understanding the relationship nature between the research project’s stakeholders through a philosophical lens.
